Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Oat flour, olive oil, and plain ol' mustard. Low heat, then high heat at the last second! Bluegill at it's best!!!

Nice Bruce. Ive heard of the mustard and Im guessing the oat flour gives a solid breading.

Nice, again.

You can garnish with the strawberries or the bananas.

So what roll do the BANANAS play??????? :-)

Is this the featured dish at Condello's Cafe?

Sound a little healthy to me. I will try it though I'm always open to new fish recipes.

Pat the filets dry, then dip in mustard.  Smear the mustard lightly over all fish surfaces, then roll in oat flour.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Try it and give me some feedback.
