These have always been one of my favorite fish to catch, and eat! This small, fragile public body of water has a strict catch and release regulation on all fish...a good thing!

Yeah guys...we got the heads-up of 30-inch plus catties in this pond. But with the weeds all but gone we felt that we could still enjoy the panfish sport and still take our time and land the bass and catties on 4 pound string. I have lost a couple of fish on the 2 pound SOS, but I'm going with quality 4 and 6 for the rest of the season here.
