So there are some Perch in South Carolina .White Perch too? Ya know David the Yellow Perch are as willin' to hit as Bluegills and save the day often when Bass ,Trout and Pickerel and other fish are shy.Through the ice and March ice out they are often the most numerous fish caught here in New Jersey.

I really like seeing the Yellow Perch. Such a beautiful little fish, in my opinion.

Here in South Carolina we're at the limit of their range, so you dont see them too much. But the few Ive caught have always been enjoyable.

we are still froze up here john the in between stage ice unsafe to walk on and no open water.    Glad to see your getting out
