Poor photographer though .I'll get a better pic of a Leo  spider caught RBS before the years out I hope.#8 hook is the best hook I believe for these guys maybe a #6 will do but I don't think bigger than a 6 will be as effective hooking up . These guys move fast and I miss a lot of fish but they are so active this time of year I catch a lot also .The hook up percentage can be cast after cast with an #8 hook though . They seem to prefer black or brown in my experience catching them out of two rivers but take other colors too . Red is good also.

Haven't been able to visit much due to crazy work load. But yay! Great job. It's not my fly that does it. It's the skills of the master angler.
