Most of them we kept were 6-8, with most just over 7 and a few just over 8. I try to let the larger ones go in hopes to catch them later.

If you look through all my pics you should see some larger ones as well.

As far as your gills go I am sure you have plenty, since it looks like you have some GSF and HBG. The greens should all come out as they just compete with bass and everything else, plus you will never catch up with them. Most people will say to remove the HBG as well as they do not add much forage for the bass. I did see the one large gill you had and I would leave it in for as long as you can as it had some nice growth and should supply genetics to the next generations.
