Thanks Mark....I spoke to one fly fishing angler but he was struggling trying to get out of the wind and only had a couple strikes......Just need a little warm up for the top water bite.....Water was way down even further than you probably like it Mark....It was dry out three feet past the piers at the launch at Bob's......

THANKS BUDDY I appreciate that...... Yup Joe was best man in our wedding and work obligations and such always kept us apart from doing things together. He's retired now and has time and just so happens so do I !!!!!!!

 We are planning another trip this year but don't know when, but it will be after May. He's tied up with family stuff all May , but after that it's on !!!!!! Maybe N.C. after Labor day !!!!!!!! GOt my fingers crossed ........

Yup I"m not patient this time of year either !!!!! We had some good weather down south and was 15 degrees warmer than at home and no rain down there till the final day......

Absolutely Tooty.....we're hung in that in between pattern, chilly at night and mild during the day....it'll break with a fury soon and not look back....trouble is having the patience to wait! LOL....I'm not real good at that part!
