I've heard of Buck fever but I get Fishing Fever.......especially early spring during the first couple warm ups.......today was the first day of 2021 in which there was lots of fish activity in the shallows......

Black Crappie have the distinctive tuxedo on the Males during the Spawn......the Fliers get a very distinct pigment of bright emerald green behind their eyes during the spawn.....they are at peak spawn right now in my region......
