Thanks Bill.....recipe makes for a nice change up every once in awhile.....I like shrimp and oysters done the same way....

Sure do Carl....I'll post some pictures this season.....I add Blue Crab claw meat on some seasoned Bluegill filets on the grill......a big winner!

No problem Rick....my favorite is still a light dusting of fine yellow corn meal and flash fried in hot peanut oil but a little variety is good too.....Bacon Wrapped.....Blackened......
