do you guys use slip bobbers or stationary ones... i tried this with a crappie tube 10" under a fixed bobber in about 1- 2'. i only got a few bites

Great pic, Michael. That's basically all we have been doing... floating hair jigs tipped with bait to the fish. About 30 to 48 inches below a float, depending on the conditions.
