Most Anglers In My Extended Family Chase Salt Water Species Like Speckled Trout.....
Throw in puppy drum, big reds, door mat flounder and most anglers skip the freshwater options in southeast Louisiana.....I hit the launches each morning last week and found zero anglers going for freshwater fish........

my son in law was stationed in Virginia and my wife had a great opportunity to fish off the docks... she described a time where it was one sea trout after another .. i was so jealous at the time
