Hit a local favorite haunt today for a favorite delicacy for me, fried softshell crabs…..my family caught them in scoop nets my entire childhood…..then began working at Fandal’s Seafood where we had shedding tanks….in many places soft shell crabs are a Mother’s Day tradition……
