Great - Thanks Rex. this is a foam popper -- I'm going to pick up push pin asap.

Rick, push pins work great and come in all different colors. You can cut the pin to a small length, push in to see if their where you want them, then glue.  Take a black marker and make a pupil.  Seal over them when you seal your popper and they are bomb proof.  I had a tough time when I first started making poppers with my eyes staying on and then I ran across this method.  I mostly use the red, yellow, and white pins.  I have a step by step post on a frog pattern in the Fly Tying Group that shows them.

Thanks for the good feedback. I keep playing hoping to come up with something that might work. No, not push pins but that is a great idea. I using plastic bead off a necklass. I just slit the rubber and apply thin MT5 CA instant set..

Rick, good colors on this frog.  Are those push pins for eyes?  I use those for eyes on a frog pattern and some poppers I tie.  They are very durable when sealed.  That one there will work for sure.
