Caught about 20 Crappie this afternoon on jigs, live minnows and I gave one of Leo's new bugs a short field test......

Thanks John.......I don't like to close the door when the bite becomes more unpredictable as it does locally late Fall with the significant temperature swings associated with cold fronts.......Like this week we went from the 60s for highs early and the last couple days have been near 80.....

Good job Jeff! Couldn't make it out to my Crappie spot last night .Glad you did though .I'll get them some other time .I think Crappies are the coolest looking fish!We use to call them Calico Bass when we were kids.I think that's a New England term for them.
