Yes Leo 9" is minimum length. Jan- March 17, 4 allowed to keep... March 18- April 6, 8am Trout fishing prohibited ....6 allowed Opening day April 6th til end of May, then 4 only June 1-Dec 31.
I was looking for a 4th to keep here .

Great looking color on the rainbow. Just curious John, is there restriction of size on those rainbows? It sucks to be in California with size and quantity limitation, unless there's an accidental that cause the rainbow an inappropriate demise.
