Bullys Bluegill Spider

Olive chenille
Olive legs

VARIATIONS
- The left one has the traditional leg arrangement, and is dressed "plain Jane."

The right has legs tied on top, and is gussied up with peacock sword wing and orange head.

Lead wire wrapped to the hook bend, of course, so the BB Spider sinks butt first and those legs wave around seductively.

Thanks Dick.
Terry Wilson, the originator of the Bully Spider and a BBG member, swears by them. Some of that you'd expect, since it's his design. But it is actually a meticulously thought out bug with a precise method behind it.

Keith, I just tie a few a day. I also strip and reuse the hooks of any that don't suit me. I'm culling my boxes, too and anything that doesn't for the plan or measure up is out.

I like the way those look Scruffy. You have been busy, keep on and You'll have to shovel flies to get out next spring.
