Bass for the Wife
She wanted to take some pictures today, so we went to the pond. I took the UL and hooked up with this guy as she watched.
Bass likes him some red worm behind these floats.
No weight, just an o-ring to hold the thing inline.
4" float takes off and disappears, slick as you like.

I hook a few, 2-3 times a week. I'm the only one who does, so it's minimal pressure.
Don Schmotzer says I've got them all trained, each one named by now!
They don't seem to tire of a worm, I'll say that.

I love catching these guys, and I figured I could impress her with my angling prowess by tossing a worm. I was right - I could catch one that way.
However, her only comment was a blasé, "Does he get to keep the worm?"
She figured it was the least I could do. ((((Sigh))))
