They are a very pretty fish... I love the colors of a fresh coppernose! Both on bread, with a 7 ft telescoping cane pole. FUN! I'll pull them out of the ice and clean them with the ones I catch at dawn [fingers crossed 4 luck] and have a fry for lunch. Saw a MONSTER eating bugs on the surface, and I'm switching from bread to crickets SOON! A 10 inch fish is pretty common in this little lake... but the one I saw feeding beats anything I've caught here so far.
