Blue Crab Daily Double.........8/13/2016
We are in peak Blue Crab season on the Albemarle........Warm water means crabs are crawling and when they move they are careless.........

These are top end class blue crabs......Heavy #1's..........some folks aren't patient enough to pick them but a delicacy awaits those that can........

Thanks Carl.......some of our best harvests occur in August and through the end of September. until lowering water temps trigger their migration out of the creeks and rivers to bury for the winter......
