This was from winter in a so cal trout lake so these fish were all moving and feeding on worms off the bottom at the base of a rock drop-off on the north side of the lake. I fish a 1/32nd oz jig tipped with a floating trout worm(both white) off the bottom on a slow drift. This fish is very small compared to alot of our big slabs.unfortunately with the droubt I think this particular lake is closed due to not enough water
