Yes Tracy…..if you use white you don’t get the transition when it cooks…..with yellow you get that golden fry and let it float until you achieve the desired crispy……which I thoroughly enjoy the little crispys……it’s like the bottom of the KFC bucket…..lol
yep has to be yellow corn meal lol.
I like to cut grooves in the whole fish for even cooking…….basically cut down to the back bone but don’t break through….
