Always intriguing things to fly in the fly arena. Kind of blurry, but is that ultra pink chenille body, streamer-tail of yellow and pink marabou?

OK NOW I SEE !!!!! JEN YOU AND GREGHOPPER HAD ME GOING AWHILE with the Electric Chicken fly !!!!!!!! WHERE DO YOU GUYS COME UP WITH THESE NAMES?!!!!!!!

Greg- I thought the Electric Chicken was a dance move. I can make more use of it as a fly though. When I was a kid I wouldn't use any jig color except what we called "The Christmas Tree". A red, green and chartruse (sp?) tubie on an eighth-ounce head. I caught everything from Sandbass to Drum on it. A magic bait.

No Steve, it came about because of a rubber tube jig. It is a basic steamer type fly but chartruese and pink materials. New fly patters are few and far between just old patterns with new materials. The colors really seem to work in the summer thru late fall for crappie or sac-a-lait and Jacob would say!!!
