Do you love big bluegill?

We just cook em' until they float...I've never really monitored how long it took. I prefer the eggs from BG or RES, although I have eaten Catfish eggs. They can be quite strong in flavor, however.
Drooling..trade you for a chicken sesame-teriyaki meal.
Those two bunches came from gillcrackers.... I prepare them the same way as the fillets .Bread and fry. (watch for hot oil popping on you...they can explode sometimes!)
What kind of eggs you have there and how you prepare them?
