  Yes David, bending the pins 90 degrees makes them a lot easier to work with. Before I had only used these kind of eyes on large Bass Bugs......but just playing at the vise, I think the eyes can add a little something extra to even the smaller flies......these two were tied on a standard size 10 hook.......Don
