The girth of that fish is astonishing! I am guessing 2 pounds 12 ounces.

Devil's Lake...I should have guessed. Two places I would love to fish are Richmond Mill for Bluegill, and Devil's Lake for perch. Both of these locations offer world class fishing for their respective species.
