I had live minnows to tip my jigs but most of today's fish preferred this 1/64 ounce jig tipped with a live cricket including 23 of the Crappie and all 6 Largemouth Bass.......Crickets are always a trusty bait but can be very good when insect activity is just beginning such as late MArch and early April depending on water/air temperatures...
