Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Spent about 40 minutes fishing till dark at Sally's pond last evening ,caught only 3 Gills but it felt appropriate walking through an 18th Century Graveyard ,coming back from this spot this close to Halloween .I'm sure Edward Ringwood Hewitt would have caught way more fish than I did. After all he knew the place like it was his back yard ,which it was ! http://bigbluegill.com/profiles/blogs/edward-ringwood-hewitt
Robert Erskine and the Cemetery: Robert Erskine managed the American Iron Company during the American Revolution. During the war, Erskine was a geographer, mapmaker, and Surveyor-General for Washington's army. He died at Ringwood in 1780, and is buried in the small cemetery near Sally's Pond, along with hundreds of soldiers, ironworkers, and pioneers.

That time of evening is particularly tranquil. The two swans, several Ducks and Kingfisher were all wrapping it up for the day.
