ABOUT 10 MILES DOWN RIVER WHERE ONE OF THE PLACES I GO TO;; IS A POWER TOWER IN THE WATER;; WITH SEVERAL NESTING OSPREY;; YEARS AGO; I FOUND OUT; OSPREY CAN FLY FASTER THAN MY 40 MERC. CAN GO !!   (( WAS FISHING WAY TO CLOSE TO SUIT THEM  NOW I GIVE THEM A VERY WIDE DISTANCE )))  !!

The past several years I was in OK, I started seeing more and more Bald Eagles.  Even had an Osprey at my home lake.

I saw a Bald Eagle shortly after moving up here to MI.  And I saw an Osprey at a lake not that far away from my about 10 years ago, when I lived up here the first time.

Thanks guys..........especially with chicks in the nest Carl...LOL................I try not to get to close when they are raising young...........bald eagle populations are doing very well in our region but it is more difficult to get close enough for good pictures..............

Excellent... 

I got a lake in my neighborhood with a couple bald eagles... Love watching them while I fish
