That is a white amur, a grass eating carp specifically stocked to reduce weeds.
What on earth did you catch that fish on? I know of 3 local ponds that have them and I have a photo at home of a 73 pounder.
I snagged one once but lost it after a 45 minute fight on 4 pound test...was likely a 20 lber.
