B.Waldmen- there are tons of people who tie jigs.i usually only post pics of stuff that has actually caught fish.have not tried this exact one but i do use and catch a lot of fish on a sinilar fly and a siimilar jig. as i recently got this style of hook and it enables me to distribute the weight differentlythis is kind of a hybrid.i will be fishing this on a fly rod.this is one of those is it a fly or is it it a jig.because it is tied on a jig hook hook i feel i will have more control and keep the hook point up when fishing it.this could be made in any color combination and weight can be adjusted by a different bead size or type

great looking jig Jim-- i have some made up in white estaz material-- red rubber legs;;  like that hook!

a real simple tie based on a jig i have great success with.mark sleeper made me aware of these hooks.this should be a good fly for the mud bottom early season and a good rock hopper for rip rap.the tungsten jig makes it quite heavy for its size
