Basic multiplying level winder. Typical for the 30's to 60's, this one is a bread and butter reel. No spindle jewels, what looks like plain mill finish and aluminum fittings. It's what I'd call a "boys reel, " filling the same niche as a Zebco 202, today.
I used to collect these things and have a few like it.
