Caught and Cooked Sunday….10/3/2021
These blue crabs were caught with chicken on a string in the same river as the bluegill I cooked….gotta love brackish water….only crabbed for two hours and boiled up dinner for two…..North Carolina Blue Crabs

The crabs are stored with their mouth up so the seasoned water stays in the meat…..continuing the process even after you take them from the boil….very good food
