These Guys Were Aggressive……Caught Five of Them…..1/8/2023

Very tiny mouths but you can hook some with a 1/80th ounce jig…

I have found them infrequently through my Years Jeff. BUT recall, clear as a Bell, the first time i caught them as a kid. Think i caught about six under a willow tree in the Springtime. I was probably using worms.

Cool John……they are surprisingly aggressive with their tiny mouth……the only time I catch them is winter when I purposely size down my baits…..,,

This was a long ago October catch : Grassmere Golden Shiner (Notemigonus)about 7 inches
