It's very refreshing to set the hook in late December and land fish like this...........surface temps have already jumped back up to near 60 degrees in the region...........I fished in 42 degree water one year ago on this date........

Thanks Slip.......high 70s today and near 80 tomorrow down here.........looking all the way out to 1/6/2016 without another freeze..........I've been keeping data for a long time and can't remember this kind of offset of winter.........My home air conditioning is running right now..........it's more than a little crazy this season........the Farmer's Almanac was missing this page!
