The "Perquimans Pickle" with the painted blade...
This is a unique little beetle with a 1/32 jig coupled with a 1/16 lime green painted blade. This mimics a population of juvenile shad that are prolific in the Albemarle Sound..

I have never tried a painted blade, gonna have to now. I like swapping out the bodies with mini tubes, and the gills like 'em too! I fish blue and white and also black and green tubes on them.
