"Speedo Beads - Bluegill - Big Bluegill "
Do you love big bluegill?
Big Flatty Creek in Northeast North Carolina.
As its name would suggest, Big Flatty is a shallow brackish basin off the Albemarle Sound between the Pasquotank and Little Rivers. I hear of dinner plate sized gills but the biggest for me is just over a pound back in 2008. My neighbor took this shot as he headed out for the flooded Cypress.
