Jen, I will soon find out how stable it is. The info I have found so far say it is very stable. It is 36' wide

Dick I agree with you- too soon to tell.

Ron- I've been told when you go YAK you never go back. Cant wait to put it in the water to see what mods I like and what must be changed....hard to test it on the garage floor..

Rick its a lot of fun fishing out of a yak. Been doing it for about 15 years now the bad thing you think it's all set up an the changes start it never ends. HAVE FUN

Rick I think it will work out great whats nice you don't have to put on a pair of waders or blow it up. I'm sure there are pro's and cons but being I really don't know enough to comment on it cause I never fished out of one of them these are a couple pros that I can see. Good luck Buddy and above all keep it safe and GOOD FISHIN.....

Dick want to use my 16' sylvan, but since I recked my van and have not replaced it I have nothing to pull it with atm. Ruled out a tube and canoe so this is what I ended up with. Hopefully it will work as planned and wont sink when Im finished with it........ if it sinks I will just get some scuba gear and fish from the bottom up........ hehe
