I totally agree Tooty.......you must find some clay or sand mix for best results in our region....they don't set up in muddy bottom.......

Oh yeah here and down south Jeffrey we look for brown sand and pea gravel areas for the red ears, for some reason they love it and ALMOST ALWAYS find red ears when we find either of those two bottoms ......
