The first time, it took me a while to set up, as I was getting all the pieces out of the box, figuring out where they go and how the pins work, etc.  Now that I know how to do it, I could probably set it up in no more than 20 minutes, including inflation (and I'm not really handy; a handy and experience person could probably do it in 10 minutes).

I plan to leave the frame assembled, since I can get it into my minivan with little or no disassembly, so all I'll have to do at the lake is inflate the pontoons and put them on. The seller included an electric pump that inflates one of those pontoons in a about a minute, so that should be pretty quick.

The seat is very comfortable, with much better back support than my old float tube, and I'm really happy about the aluminum frame. It's quite light, and while I've never fished saltwater despite growing up in San Diego, should I ever want to try it, the guys who use their pontoons in the salt say aluminum is much better than steel - and of course, that a good freshwater rinse is very important either way.

I'm not in love with the color, but for the price, I can't complain :)

I should also add that the fact that I have a boat sitting in my living room is proof that my wife has gone to Viet Nam for the summer with the kids lol

From my phone, it didn't give me the chance to title and caption the photo, but...

Papa's got a brand new bag :-)

New to me, anyway. Picked up used in near-new condition at a bargain price (less than a decent new float tube), the only part of it you can really tell has been used are the oars. It's a Creek Company XR-8: aluminum frame, motor mount bracket,  anchor pulley system. I'm dying to get it on the water, but it's probably going to be a couple weeks.
