I love the Carolinas, I lived in Summerville, S.C. for 13 years before relocating with work but I get back down there several times a year to visit family, so I still hit the places that I loved to fish then. I do like the triangle area of N.C. as well,  provided I'm not in the cities themselves, I like to be on the outskirts in the country.......LOL

I work with a few folks from the Zebulon area. Have a good weekend David!

Well Jeff Ive been in SC for over 20 years. But I do have my inlaws in High Point, so have been up that way. The company I've worked for has a facility in Zebulon and the Raleigh Durham Triangle offers a few more years of work in my line, should I retire. Currently, the company is trying to sell the division I'm in. This means I may be able to stay on with the new company, or maybe look elsewhere. Im thinking NC.

Thanks David. North Carolina has impressed me with programs and initiatives for our wildlife and fisheries.  All but one of these launches is installed and maintained by the state with no fees to use any of them. I've lived all over the South and I have found a home in N.C., obviously work has alot to do with that but I would push hard to stay in this area for the recreational opportunities that are abundant. Panfish areas are too numerous to mention in one comment!

Some nice looking spots. Ive been considering NC as a move, lately. Somewhere out around Zebulon, is what I'm thinking.
