Do you love big bluegill?
After two amazing seasons in 2012 and 2013........I reluctantly rested this trophy gill destination last season......Several hundred 10" class fish and dozens of 11" coppers over the years.......really looking forward to getting back in there in 2015........some of the best dynamics in any place I fish........I will probably be in there during the April Full Moon.......

Giving the fish a break is usually good for business. As has been discussed before, unpressured fish are much more willing to cooperate than those that see anglers on a regular basis. Much to do is often afforded those with private water, as in they somehow have some sort of unfair advantage over public water anglers. But, when public water is unfished by the multitudes, it's really the same thing.
Private water limits access to try and promote good fishing, while keeping public spots secret and limiting trips to those areas accomplishes the same results. Private water, and unfished public water, are two peas in the same pod in many instances.
Jeffery those gills you let rest;; just got bigger and fatter!! waiting on you!!
