Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

After three days of non-stop catching, you hope one this size gets off before you have to use a sore thumb to lift it.

Greg- Your right, such a misery! Las time Lisa and I went we wrapped our thumbs in duck tape on the third day of an eight day trip. I can hack it though!

John- It's hard to beat a scrappie Smallmouth. They have the prettiest markings up there in Canada.

John (other John)- We were in Ontarion on that trip. We ran up the Little Canoe river and portaged through two lakes to a spot on Lake Strong. A bit of work to get there but well worth the effort.

Smallies are Great!Where are you fishing Keith? I took a trip to East Grand Lake Maine for smallie action a few years back.It was great in August. We Carolina rigged nightcrawlers and Plastic lizards and caught a mess.

Keith, So sorry you have to put up with a sore thumb. Oh the price we pay. Nice action looks like.
