Well David I know it the top of the line in bolt actions. Might want to check the scope out se if it is off with the jar. Probably OK but better safe then sorry. Glad your feeling better.

JUST WOKE up from a two hour nap Dick and seem to be feeling better. Just some stiffness setting in . Unfortunately my Sons rifle will carry a permanent scar or two. It's a beautiful rifle that used to be mine and of course it's a 54 match action sporter. Supremely accurate with Winchester Hollow Points. Got two little scratches on right hand side of the butt stock.
 Later tonight I'll take some butchers wax to it. 
  I"ll send a pic regular email to ya and tell me what you think of it.

HEY LEO , 3 DAYS !!!!!! BUDDY I'VE HAD SHOULDER TROUBLE FOR THE PAST YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS JUST A LITTLE WORSE IS ALL  than it was this morning when I got up .

HEY DICK, NAW nothing broke I"m sure! JUST REALLY SORE and all things pass with time. Ya my wife has been telling me for years how clumsy I look, and seems to be getting worse this last couple years. Pride? nope not the first time I fell down and sure it won't be my last if I continue squirrel hunting ! Thankfully my aim is still alright though, 8 today and all head shots of course and two eyeball shots at that.

LAST TIME I FELT LIKE THIS WAS IN SASEBO JAPAN IN 1970 and the good ole US NAVY SHORE PATROL took turns on me while I was slightly drunk one night. I worked in the Brig though and you know what they say, WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND! Met up with two of em later though .
