Jen-Look who's talking !You been keeping cool too and posting great stringers !Nice going !You anf Greg Mc will  be happy to know I'm catching a few on the flyrod too .Ants,Foam Bug and small streamer. First time ever catching RBS on the Flyrod .I really should have a much lighter flyrod rod for these small guys though .The UL spinning rod ,2# test have been catching the bulk .I want to get some of those Smallies on the Flyrod!!

Glad to hear that folks are tagging their pics Bruce .I've obnoxiously requested that continuously here. I agree the collection of pics archive the RedBreasted Sunfish and all species of Sunfish extremely well!

Tony ,I have no complaints with the heat as for the past two days for a few hours, I 've been wading with shorts and wet shoes midday. It's a great way to keep  cool ! I am not concerned while fishing small rivers that the fish are small.I was very pleased to find sections alive with fish I can photograph and release .Being one of three doing it one day and the only one the other day made it extra special!

Good to see you're getting out John. It's been so hot and dry here I haven't even wanted to fish!

Love these things!  I've been told that BBG has the best collection of images on the PLANET in regards to species like this!
