I use a 6/7 weight fly rod, it's my first fly rod. I got it as a gift in mid December. I never fished before that. I am still very new to fly fishing, but learning fast. It helps that my large pond is only 40 meters away.

Nice one Mathew. Is that your go to rod the fly rod or do you get into ultra light at all and what wt fly rod do you use.
