NW cove Gills and Seeds on light Feather Jigs
Gills are in the shallows but only hitting light jigs tipped with worms or Mealies .Any thing heavier than 32nd oz is getting almost no attention .64th oz. jigs on 2#test catch the most but I haven't gone lighter than that .Red, Blue/White and Grey Feather Jigs all caught. The slow fall they'll rise to but they are heating up slowly .Wont be long now here in NE New Jersey before Gills become very active on a variety of baits .
