We caught some nice Spot out of Patuxent this year the largest being 11 inches! These are some nice pan size fish

Andre, It was fried in an Eastern Shore batter, I could not tell you any more about than that. Croaker and Spot were the others on the menu. Everyone else there was from the Eastern shore of Virginia and didn't care for blue fish.
My favorite thing was a dip net and going Crabbin. That was fun I love to eat them!!!!

Greg, how do you cook your Bluefish? I tried frying one but it did not turn out well! May have been the Chef fault!

Salt Water Gill. Andre, I preferred Bluefish, flounder, and dog sharks for eating and of course Blue Crabs!!! Never aquired a taste for spot or croakers but they were fun to catch.
