Slip - Love both of these panfish rods for light Jigging the panfish . The Straight Line is great with the 3# test Trilene Flurocarbon and the Deadstick Combo works great with the Blue color Trilene Cold weather line in 2 or 4# test . That line is very coil resistantand strong
