Thanks Jim. I actually saw that at the New Port harbor area, where some guy actually hauling someone on the stand up paddle board in a canoe. I though the person in the canoe has some major muscles in an odd looking canoe, but I found out it was the Mokai's unit. Bizzare!

Thanks guys. We have quite a bit of fun on each 2 hours or so outing.

Tooty, indeed, those are redwood planking. Rather than having metal mesh, I prefer hardwood to reduce rusting issues, and easier mounting and swapping for bikes, camping gears, and camping deck to sleep below the stars out in the open. I still have the Calypso 2 (the Fish Cat 4 LCS) float tube, but sold the pontoon. The float tube will always have a place in my book. Compared to the inflatable pontoon, the kayak is much better in term of mobility and handling. The inflatable pontoon is wider, and the modding for the gear holding is much more than the pontoon. Standing up in the kayak is a bit..rocky, but doable. For storage and transport, it's a freaking pain, but worth the investment.

HEY LEO nice looking rigs buddy. Is that Redwood planking on the deck of that trailer? Do you like these better than the earlier Calypso's ?
