Rick,  When you leave the boat launch south of  Garden just turn right and start along the shore line with any of those bugs.  Watch out for smallies, my personal best came from that area, just over the second rock crib on a black wooly bugger.

Actually these would be great on trout.  Even Steelhead love those bright colors.
