Thanks Jim! In 4 trips out three of us have released quite a few between12-15.5".
Outstanding job on releasing the big one!
OOH White Cats,a current favorite of mine! Would like to get in on the Shad and Striper Run sometime .Thanks Steve!
John, the lower Raritan has redbreasts, bluegill, yellow perch, smallmouth, carp, channel & white cats, pickerel and the occasional walleye. The canal has the same, plus pumpkinseeds and largemouth and crappie. Springtime in the Raritan there's shad, stripers and a white perch run.
Thanks Leo . Greg and I got a few 14.5"ers today in 56 Degree Water temp and 41 Degree air temp.
Great find John.
Thanks LedHed! Going out today in search of more Crappie and Pickerel.
What a hoss - congrats on the CPR
Steve- I understand RV has big Trout . Would you mind telling me what species you find prolific in the Raritan and D&R Canal?
John, haven't been to either in years. I mostly fish in the Raritan River, D&R Canal and local ponds. In the winter, if everything else is frozen over, I'll hit up RV for trout from the shore.
